For two weeks in March, students and staff at Polk County High School came together and raised more than $3,000 to stop hunger throughout the world. On Saturday, students saw their money at work and had the opportunity to package meals that were purchased with their funds. More than 50 students spent two hours and put together packages that will serve more than 10,000 meals.
