Tryon Elementary second graders learned about bee pollination, making paper and deer habitats and survival during a recent trip to Holmes Educational State Forest in Henderson County

Tryon Elementary second graders learned about bee pollination, making paper and deer habitats and survival during a recent trip to Holmes Educational State Forest in Henderson County.

All three second grade classes at the school took part in the field trip.

Second grade teacher Connie Edwards said this was her first visit to the forest and her favorite field trip.
