As part of a project during the current six-week instructional period, students in Cindi Rhodes’ American History class at Polk County High School are learning how to play popular games from the time period they are studying.
This week, students learned how to play jacks. Several students had never played the game before and were surprised at the difficulty of what seems such a simple game.
