Fourth graders in Leann Wilson’s class at Polk Central are learning to SOAR to help their community and themselves.
SOAR is a program designed to help promote positive behavior in students. The letters represent:
S – Safe
O – On task
A – Acting responsibly
R – Showing Respect
Students learn to SOAR by helping others, showing pride in their work, volunteering to help the school community and being kind.
