Fourth graders in J.J. Waddell’s class at Polk Central Elementary have accepted a challenge from Lego First to investigate how cargo is sent across the country and the types of transportation we use.
Students will design several simple machines that will help load and sort cargo onto their modes of transportation and research which types of cargo transportation are the most efficient in certain situations.
