Polk County Early College celebrated the Class of 2023 on May 20 with commencement exercises and a recognition of scholarship winners in the Polk County High School auditorium.
The PCEC Class of 2023 included 18 seniors. Sixteen of those seniors also graduated with their Associate’s Degree from Isothermal Community College, and several earned additional certificates in Information Technology or Criminal Justice.
This year’s graduating class has a few students going directly into the workforce with their earned credentials while others are opting to transfer their credits and continue their education at four-year universities across the South.
