With much of the North Carolina coast currently recovering from the devastating effects of Hurricane Florence, Polk County High School and its FFA chapter are gearing up to support those in need.
PCHS students and faculty are showing their support for families affected by Florence by collecting supplies to send as aid. Needed supplies include water, baby supplies, pet food, non perishable food, cleaning supplies, paper products, personal hygiene items, batteries and first aid kits.
Local residents wanting to help with donations can drop items off at the front office of Polk County High School or send them with a student to school. Collection of items will begin Monday and will continue through Friday afternoon.
Please join Polk County High School in rallying together to show Wolverine resolve to help families in need!
