Polk County Schools wants to remind families who have not done so to please complete the Student Return Decision Survey.

The deadline for completing the survey has been extended until Friday evening at midnight.
Families can visit https://www.polkschools.org/choices for more detailed information on the differences in the options for student return to school. Families can also call their schools for more information.
