Polk County Schools seeking input on Student Return Decision Survey

Polk County Schools is asking families to complete a Student Return Decision Survey to help inform the district as to interest in in-person and remote learning as well as Wolverine Academy

Polk County Schools is asking families to complete a Student Return Decision Survey to help inform the district as to interest in in-person and remote learning as well as Wolverine Academy.

This survey will be asking families to make a decision about how their student(s) will return to school this fall. This is not an easy choice, and some may be worried about making the wrong decision. All district principals will be available starting Monday if you would like to call them for their help or guidance.

“Not that you asked for it, but my advice is to make the decision that takes into account your child’s health status and learning style,” said Superintendent Aaron Greene. “Whatever decision you make, be positive and move forward and know we will support you along the way.”

Families may access the survey here: https://forms.gle/4Yt8YYuCaRtnCwcj6.

The survey will be active until Wednesday, August 5, and the district encourages you to share this message with other families.
