Students in Stephanie Fletcher’s first grade class at Saluda Elementary school focused on doing acts of kindness for the first two weeks of February.
Each student wrote a friendly letter to someone who worked at the school to thank them for all that they do. Students were also asked each morning to share about other ways they had gone above and beyond to show kindness inside and out of school.
Students also picked up litter on the playground and made Valentines Cards for the residents that were delivered to Autumn Care Nursing Home.
