Tryon Elementary School will host registration on March 7-8 for students entering kindergarten in the 2023-24 school year.
Registration is open to children who live in the Tryon Elementary School attendance area and will be five years old on or before Aug. 31, 2023.
WHEN & WHERE: Kindergarten registration will be held at Tryon Elementary School on March 7-8 at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tryon Elementary teachers will share information regarding school readiness and ways to help children get ready for kindergarten.
Families will also be able to tour the classroom, and student enrollment packets will be distributed.
Those interested in registering a student are asked to please contact Rhonda Brown at Tryon Elementary School at 828-859-6584 to schedule a time to attend. Families should then sign in at the school office upon arrival.
Anyone interested in registering a student for kindergarten who cannot attend on March 7-8 should contact the school office for more information.
